Utilia designs and develops products, spaces and media for clients. Complementary Utilia is a designlabel offering some of its finest products to consumers worldwide. Utilia is the smallest client of some of the industry’s largest European subcontractors (serving renowned brands) where quality, quantity and investment never are an issue.
Utilia, a name joining utilitarian and utopia, is not focused foremost on profit, or on the clients they offer upstream consulting to, but just enjoys making great products. These products take their cue from consumer’s true needs and wishes. Not from trends or snobbism. They are foremost utilitarian: no-nonsense, sincere, functional, timeless ‘tools of life’. But they are equally well-balanced, elegant and playful. Stemming from a deep understanding of production processes and a desire to innovate. Great effort also goes into optimising product lifecycles resulting in sustainable and affordable products, even when they are manufactured in the West.

Utilia strictly enforces protection of its intellectual property rights, such as, but not limited to: registered community designs, pending registered community designs, design rights, copyrights, archived workdocuments, archived communication with suppliers and purchasers, worldwide publications.
In search of the very best it is not unlikely that Utilia will alter (have altered) the presented designs, and that parts or the complete whole of these revisions will be (or are in the process of being) patented in the near future, by Utilia, or by a 3rd party that acquired the designs.
